KÉDDO’s story began in the UK, with an idea to create shoes especially for the younger generation, who wanted something different to the brands worn

by their parents, they wanted something of their own; designed for them, to be worn by them.

DESIGNERS

This is how our unique youth brand KÉDDO started, with a collection style developed by designers in England, the Netherlands, Italy and Hong Kong. At 

the time, laceless trendy gumshoes became the brand’s main product, which has now spread far beyond the UK and won over young fashionistas 

everywhere from America to Japan. The size run started at 30 and went up to a 46, which made them available to both children and adults.

When gumshoes were at the peak of their popularity, the brand’s designers came up with the idea to create something that no one had done before.

KÉDDO’s designers developed funky fashionable rainboots that worked beautifully with jeans and even more formal wear, that would have looked great 

whether you were in a restaurant or a trendy club! Further product development with a Dutch design studio led to the first European patent for a unique

hidden wedge rainboot. The next collection of boots consisted of more than 200 fashion styles. And only a year later, KÉDDO rainboots became the most 

popular footwear for any weather.

The creation of KÉDDO coincided with a global boom in the development of e-commerce. Young people were perfectly placed to spend a lot of time

online, buying books or music, but e-commerce buyers from all over the world decided to start working with fashion footwear. Investors spent a lot in 

promoting shopping platforms, and almost all fashion-related images featured KÉDDO. So, without spending a penny on advertising, the young fashion 

start-up turned into a cult youth brand.

By 2016, KÉDDO was one of the top twenty leaders in the global fashion footwear market. At the same time, the brand did not want to fall within the fast-

fashion segment. From the start, particular attention has been paid to product quality and comfort. KÉDDO always sources the highest quality natural and

the most innovative materials. Many shoes are made from recycled raw materials. Sadly, today many young people lead sedentary lifestyles, so we 

produce shoes which make you want to leave the house, and we hope we succeed.
